RAPS is short for Regional Animal Protection Society, a registered charity and operator of a sanctuary which houses and cares for nearly 500 homeless or abandoned cats in Richmond, BC, Canada. The Neko Files is a celebration of the sanctuary and all those who live and work there.

Finishing up The 12 Days of RAPSmas:

On the eleventh day of Christmas, the RAPS cats gave to me
11 Piper’s pipings
10 Hannah leapings
9 Josie dances
8 Lincoln mooches
7 cuddle puddles
6 of Mario’s harem
5 hugs from Fred
4 Grizzy sprays
3 Billy kisses
2 random buns
And an “egg” that was laid by Sweet Pea

11 Piper’s pipings
