RAPS is short for Regional Animal Protection Society, a registered charity and operator of a sanctuary which houses and cares for nearly 500 homeless or abandoned cats in Richmond, BC, Canada. The Neko Files is a celebration of the sanctuary and all those who live and work there.

    Did anyone notice that there are no graceless black kitties heheheheheheh Whatever could that mean!!!!

    Man I miss the little fur balls so much.

    Sometimes I wish I could just pop over on a lunch hour, as I work right around the corner.

    Maybe I'll bring my girl in for a visit on a Sunday soon. She'll be so happy to see all the amazing kitties!
